Usage
What counts as a minute
You only pay for the time your AI receptionist spends talking to your callers.
Answered calls only
Minutes are counted for calls your AI agent answers. Testing your agent in the dashboard chat doesn't use minutes.
Per started minute
Each call is rounded up to the next full minute, with a minimum of one minute per call.
Monthly allowance
Your plan's included minutes are counted per calendar month. Unused minutes don't roll over.
Beyond your allowance
Your agent keeps answering. Extra minutes are charged at your plan's per-minute rate, and you can follow usage live in the dashboard.
Trial minutes
The 14-day free trial includes 10 minutes in total. When they're used up, your agent pauses until your paid plan starts: when the trial ends, or sooner if you start it from Billing.
How calls are counted

Billing questions
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing in your dashboard, and your limits and features update with the plan.
Nothing stops: your agent keeps answering calls. Minutes beyond your allowance are charged at your plan's per-minute rate. You can see your usage and the estimated extra cost in the dashboard at any time.
Prices in euros are net amounts: VAT is added to your invoice where it applies.
Businesses in the USA, Canada and Australia pay in US dollars, and businesses in the European Union pay in euros. Your currency follows the country you choose when you sign up.
You get 14 days and 10 minutes of calls on the plan you pick, with all of its features. You add a card to start, but nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, your plan's monthly price is charged to that card, then again every month until you cancel. To pay nothing, cancel from Billing in your dashboard any time before the trial ends. Every phone number costs money each month, so the trial includes 1 number: to add more, start your paid plan early from Billing.
Yes. There's no long-term contract. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
