Bookings while you work
On the Growth and Pro plans, the assistant books appointments by phone in free slots of your schedule. You set the opening hours, the hours when appointments can start, the length of a slot, how much notice you need and how far ahead clients may book. Each booking lands in your RingLily schedule and you get an email. Read more about appointment booking.
Questions it answers
It answers only from the information you give it and says when it doesn't know, rather than inventing a price.
- Which services you offer and how long they take.
- Prices, or price ranges, as you choose to share them.
- Opening hours, holidays, address and parking.
- Cancellation and late policies, gift cards and anything else you write down.
Messages you can act on later
When a caller wants something the assistant can't do, such as a colour correction consultation or a question for a particular stylist, it takes their name, number and request and emails it to you. You see every call's transcript and summary in your dashboard between clients.
Clients in other languages
RingLily speaks English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Polish and can switch during the call, which helps in neighbourhoods and tourist areas where not every caller speaks the local language. See calls in several languages.
Honest limits
RingLily uses its own schedule: it doesn't sync with salon booking apps or online booking platforms yet. If most of your bookings already come through an app, use RingLily for the callers who prefer the phone, and for after-hours calls and questions, and tell it to point callers to your online booking when that's easier.
